Peek into our kitchen to see our custom-built Terrapin wood fired oven we call Bertha! At over 800 degrees your pizza cooks in minutes. Our faithfully restored 1960’s original Bloodgett Deck oven named Smokestack Lightning bakes our specially prepared cauliflower dough pizzas, breads and pastries.

We utilize the freshest and highest quality ingredients available. Our pizza dough and sauce are made fresh daily with Caputo flour and San Marzano tomatoes imported from Italy. Only the finest cheeses, including imported Bacio, top your pizza along with the freshest local meats and produce available.
